Star Gazing on the Wild Atlantic Way

The North Sligo Coastline overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is the perfect spot for astro-photography and star gazing.

Recently photographer Jeff Starley captured a 360 view of the night sky at Cloonagh Beach which is right on our door step.

Fleadh Cheoil Sligo 2015

Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann takes place in Sligo 9th – 16th August 2015. The Fleadh Cheoil, meaning “festival of music” is an Irish music competition run by Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann. During Fleadh Cheoil week you can enjoy lots of traditional Irish music and craic in Sligo!

The 2015 Fleadh in Sligo is taking place during Yeats 2015 a year celebrating the life and works of Sligo’s famous poet W B Yeats.
